Introduction

Prof. Mohan gained the doctor¡¯s degree at Vikram University in 1980. He was awarded the Academician of Indian Academy of Science in 2000. He is director of the mathematical Institute and the head of mathematical department in Andhra University. He was awarded the Academician of Indian Academy of Science in 2000. He is a famous combinatorial mathematician.
