The Second China National Conference on Combinatorics and Graph Theory has a wonderful closing ceremony on August 18, 2006. During the conference there is an election of a new committee for the Chinese Society of Combinatorics and Graph Theory. The current president of the society is Prof. Yongchuan Chen (Nankai University) and vice presidents are Prof. Bau Sheng (Fuzhou University), Prof. Xueliang Li (Nankai University) and Prof. Jun Wang (Dalian University of Technology) .
